Debris cone

Debris cones occur when the debris is fed from a gully. Debris cones are curved outwards to a greater or lesser extent; the fall lines tend to be orientated downward away from each other. Because other processes are frequently taking place in the gullies above, debris cones often show traces of debris flow and avalanches.
